Induction of oxidative stress in MDA-MB-231 cells by CdS-MD nanoparticles. Cells were then exposed to CdS-MD nanoparticles (1.64-14.76 nM) for 2 h. Following treatment, cells were analyzed on a FacScalibur flow cytometer. 1μL/mL of 30% H2O2 served as a positive control for ROS induction in cells.
