  2. Sample composed of buffer B or 100% serum with (50-60 nM) or without rIgG (Ag) was added at the first stage of this procedure. Data given as mean ± standard error of the mean from three independent experiments for each condition. Intensity values are given as normalized arbitrary units since different fluorophores were used in the different experiments. Repeated measures one-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was used for statistical hypothesis testing.
