Toxicity of Rh 2 (H 2 cit) 4 and Magh-Rh 2 (H 2 cit) 4 on bone marrow cells of mice-bearing 4T1 breast carcinoma. Mice (n=8) were treated with Rh2(H2cit)4 and Magh-Rh2(H2cit)4 with seven equimolar doses of Rh2(H2cit)4 (1050 μM total dose) until 23rd day. Subsequently, bone marrow cells were stained with propidium iodide and analyzed by flow cytometry. (A) DNA fragmentation (B) Cell cycle. Data were expressed as percentages as mean ± SEM. Different letters indicate significant difference among experimental groups (p<0.05).
