The micrograph shows numerous dimple depressions scattered and concentrated around a nucleus (N) form, which is visible by the conformation of the membrane around it. (b) A scope trace focused on the membrane above the nucleus details the indentation (1),(2) profiles at locations on the membrane surrounding the nucleus, indicating cell dehydration.
