NP/DNA complexes were added at concentrations from 164 ng to 100 μg in 2.5 fold-stepwise intervals. Positive control (PC) is Lipofectamine 2000 with 100 ng DNA; DNA control (DC) uses 10 μg DNA alone; Negative control (NC) is 293 cells only and no particles, lipofectamine or DNA.
