  1. a) Molecular weight of polymers was determined by GPC-MALS. Polymers were injected into a TSKGel Mixed Bed HZM-N column (4.6 mm ID × 15 cm) and chromatograms from the MALS detector and differential refractive index detector were used to analyze for polydispersity.
  2. b) dn/dc values were measured in offline batch mode by direct injection of serial dilutions of polymer samples into the refractive index detector of the GPC. The sample cell was maintained at 40°C. Data analysis was done on the Wyatt Astra software.
  3. c) Values for M n , M w , and PDI were provided by manufacturer.
