Cell proliferation assay: viability of various cells (HEK293, L6 and HCT116) treated with ι -car, γ -Fe 2 O 3 and ι -car- γ -Fe 2 O 3 nanocomposite. Significant difference (*, p < 0.01) is observed between normal cell lines (HEK293 and L6) and HCT116. Concentration dependent decrease in the viability is observed in HCT116 cell lines.
