Cell viability trypan blue exclusion analysis in MCF-7 cells. The cultivated cells at 50% confluency were exposed to either the free MTX (0.05-3.20 μg/mL) or the PEGylated FA-MTX-MNPs (0.39-24.62 μg/mL) for 24 h and 48 h, and then subjected to the trypan blue exclusion assay.
