Release study of FITC from PAMAM G4.5-piperazinyl-FITC. The release of the encapsulated FITC study was made in PBS 1× at 37 °C, as described in “Methods” section, for the following periods of incubation: 0, 6, 18, 24 and 48 h. The fluorescence of the collected samples was measured in a plate reader with excitation and emission wavelength of 495 and 525 nm, respectively.
