PapMV nanoparticles accelerate the humoral immune response against TIV. Blood samples from mice vaccinated with TIV adjuvanted with PapMV or TIV alone were collected at different time points (3, 5, 7, 10 and 14 days post-immunization) and assayed for IgM (a), total IgG (b) and IgG2a (c) against TIV and IgG2a against GST-NP (d) by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IgM titers are depicted as the O.D. using a serum dilution factor of 1:400. Data are shown as mean ± SEM, and significant differences are marked by *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 and ***p < 0.001
