Effect of apoA-I and Wnt3a on phospholipid dispersion light scattering intensity. DMPC (blue columns) and DMPC/DMPG (70:30, w/w, green columns) were dispersed in PBS (0.6 mM final lipid concentration). The following were added to these lipid dispersions: PBS (left), apoA-I (middle) or apoA-I + Wnt3a (right). In the latter two cases the apoA-I/lipid mass ratio was 1:2.5. Following incubation, sample light scattering intensity was measured at 325 nm on a Perkin Elmer LS20 UV/Vis spectrophotometer. Values reported are the average of two to three independent preparations
