Aqueous solubility of Wnt3a formulations. A stock solution of Wnt3a in 1 % CHAPS was diluted into buffer solutions containing the indicated concentrations of lipids and centrifuged at 25,000×g for 30 min (a) or 25,000×g for 45 min (b). A portion of each supernatant was analyzed by anti-Wnt3a immunoblot. The mass ratio of lipid to apoA-I was maintained at 2.5:1 and in all cases the Wnt3a concentration was 0.8 µg/ml. c Plot of Wnt3a concentration dependent binding to ND.
