Western blot and bio-functional screening of different H7-ND conjugates. a Western blotting analysis confirms the conjugation of trimeric H7 with ND at different ratios. Trimeric H7 (100 ng/µL) was used for combining with NDs at different ratios (1:1, 1:3, 1:5, 1:7, 1:9, 1:12, 1:15, w/w). After mixing, the resulting products were washed in water and diluted in PBS.
