Dose-response study of cellular and biochemical parameters in BALF. Mice were intratracheally instilled with 10, 20, 50, or 100 µg per mouse of Nano-Ni. Control mice were instilled with physiological saline. BALF was collected from mice at day 3 post-exposure.
