The effects of P12 on the polarization of BMDMs to M1 phenotype. Cytokine levels of IL-12/23p40 (a), IL-12p70 (b), IL-6 (c) and IL-10 (d) were quantified by ELISA in the macrophage culture supernatants collected 24 h after LPS and IFN-γ co-stimulation for M1 polarization with/without P12 treatment. The mRNA levels of M1 markers of iNOS (e) and IL-12 (f), and the M2 markers of ARG1 (g) and YM1 (h) were analyzed by qRT-PCR.
