mRNA expression of genes related to proliferation (ad), and muscle cells differentiation (ei) in the muscle progenitor cells from the chicken embryo after 5 days of primary culture at the mRNA level, determined according to the real-time qPCR method. The figure shows the results for the control group and groups treated with nGO, L-Glu, and nGO with addition of the L-Glu (nGOxL-Glu). The results represent a relative expression of the respective target gene vs. reference genes mean. The error bars represent standard error of mean (n = 6 per group).
