Evaluation of intracellular level of ATP in MNPs@SiO2(RITC)-treated HEK293 cells. HEK293 cells were treated with 0 to 2.0 μg/µL MNPs@SiO2(RITC) for a 6, b 12, and c 24 h, and the intracellular ATP level was evaluated. Luminance was captured and expressed as a pseudo-colour scale image.
