Transfection efficiency of polymers in different cell lines. a EGFP expression of viable cells was analyzed via flow cytometry following incubation of cells with polyplexes of mEGFP-N1 pDNA and polymers at N*/P 30 in respective growth medium (D10 or R10 with 10 mM HEPES) for 24 h or for 24 h followed by splitting of cells and medium and further incubation for 48 h.
