GO activated the AMPK/p53 signaling pathway in FHC cells. FHC cells were treated with 0, 25, or 50 µg/mL GO for 24 h, and LPS treated cells served as the positive control group. a–d Cell lysates were subjected to western blot to analyze the expression of p-AMPKα (Thr172), AMPK, p-p53, p53, p-PI3K, PI3K, p-AKT, and AKT.
