Biodistribution of Ru@SiO2-PA in vitro and in vivo. a Dose-dependent and time-dependent imaging in vitro. SGC-7901 cells were treated with 0–20 μg/ml Ru@SiO2-PA for 4 h, or cells were treated with 10 μg/ml Ru@SiO2-PA for 0–4 h. The biodistribution of Ru@SiO2-PA in vitro were imaged by measure the Ru fluorescence. b Real-time imaging in vivo. The in vivo biodistribution of Ru@SiO2-PA was monitored by real-time imaging in nude mice. Ru@SiO2-PA (10 mg/kg) was given by tail vein injection, and real-time imaging of Ru fluorescence at 1, 2 and 3 h was detected by in vivo fluorescence imaging system (Caliper Perkin Elmer)
