iso1Au/TNF increases the tumor cell uptake of Doxo. WEHI-164 tumor-bearing mice (approximately 0.4–0.8 cm in tumor diameter) were treated i.v. with vehicle or the indicated dose of doxo alone or in combination with iso1Au/TNF.
