Schematic diagram of ELECTS and lentiviral vector exogenous expression mechanism. ELECTS non-viral vector was loaded with liposome nanoparticles and directly delivered into destination cells. The lentiviral vector should be packaged in 293 T cells and then the viral nanoparticles were used to infect destination cells.
