Multifunctional activities of Rg3-PTX-liposomes in vivo. A Rg3 substituting cholesterol are utilized to fabricate Rg3-PTX-liposomes. The liposomes recognize GLUT of BBB through the glycosyl moiety of Rg3 and are easier to penetrate to brain across the BBB. B Rg3-PTX-liposomes targeting to TAM induce the transformation of M2 into M1, thus stimulating tumor immunotherapy. C Rg3-PTX-liposomes induce apoptosis of tumor cells.
