gCpG inhibits lung metastasis of melanoma. a The numbers of metastatic nodules in the lungs of the tumor-bearing mice. Mice were injected i.v. with 8 × 105 B16-OVA from tail vein. At day 7 and 12 post tumor inoculation, mice were immunized with different vaccines. Seven days later, mice were sacrificed, and the metastatic nodules in lungs were quantified.
