Lymph node mapping in mice injected with alloy QDs. MQDs or alloy QDs were injected into the footpad of the mice. The fluorescence signal in the injected QDs was observed in the injection site, and the injected QDs were delivered to lymph node site via lymphatic vessels. Fluorescence signals were observed only in the alloy-QD-injected group 1 h and 24 h after injection. Fluorescence signal in alloy QDs was markedly observed in the popliteal lymph node
