Biodistribution of CEAMB NPs in tumor-bearing mice. The 510K cells were subcutaneously inoculated in a nude mouse. CEAB NPs, CEAMB NPs, and Adriamycin/siRNA were delivered into the mouse via tail vein injection. A 6 h post-injection, images were taken using whole-body NIR fluorescence.
