AM was prepared by the one-pot method and modified with PEG-g-PEI biocompatible polymer. And then, CFL and siTNF-α were loaded into these nanoparticles (NPs). B The application of AMPC@siTNF-α for synergistic therapy of E. coli infected wound in vivo. After the NPs were applied to the site of wound infection, the released siTNF-α down-regulated the expression of TNF-α through the RNA interference mechanism. In addition, the released Ag+ and CFL could synergistically inhibit the growth of E. coli, thus accelerating would healing process
