  1. After preconcentration, bacterial DNA was extracted by using a kit (MagListo™ 5 M Genomic DNA extraction kit). DNA purity and concentration were determined by the ratio of absorbance (abs.) at 230, 260 and 280 nm by using a spectrophotometer (Nano-200)
