Gene knockdown with the TAT-S19-Ago2 protein/siRNA complex. LNCaP cells were treated with 200 nM (grey) or 100 nM (white) of the protein/siRNA complex. After 24 h a or 6 h b, the total RNA was extracted and used for cDNA synthesis, and the relative expression of the AR gene was determined by RT–qPCR using the comparative CT method based on the expression level of the housekeeping gene RPL37A.
