Characterization of the liposomes by DLS and cryoTEM. The three types of liposomes display a similar narrow size distribution. CryoTEM was used to study the morphology of (b) L, (c) IgG L (Ab:SATA = 1:80) and (d) aICAM-1 L (Ab:SATA = 1:80).
