Effects of metallic nickel particles on AIF, cytochrome c , and caspase-3, -6, and -9. To determine the effects of metallic nickel particles on AIF, cytochrome c, and caspase-3, -6, and -9, JB6 cells were seeded onto a 6-well plate. After 24 h incubation, cells were starved in 0.1% FBS EMEM overnight. Then, cells were treated with 20 μg/cm2 metallic nickel particles for 1, 3, 6, and 8 h. Western blot analysis was used to detect the effects of metallic nickel particles on AIF (A), cytochrome c (B), and caspase-3, -6, and -9 (C).
