Dose dependent effect of Ag-NP on PRECs viability. PRECs were seeded in 96-well plate at a density of 2 × 103 cells/well and grown to confluence. After reaching confluence, cells were treated with the indicated Ag-NP doses, and the cell viability was measured by MTT assay after 24 h. Values are expressed in mean ± SEM, with each condition performed at least in triplicate (n = 3, **P < 0.05 Vs control).
