  1. Intensities in various locations of rat ear after transtympanic injection of AgNPs were normalized by the intensities of the cochlear perilymph imaged by μCT. The concentrations of AgNPs were estimated using the formula of y = 4.88x-4.86 obtained in a phantom study, where “y” is the concentration and “x” is the normalized intensity.
