Effect of conjugated FGF2 on the growth and size of hBM-MSCs. (A) Cells were cultured in the absence or presence of 0.1ng/ml free FGF2, 0.1 ng/ml conjugated FGF2 or 90 ng/ml Cy7-IO/HSA NPs.
