Collected latent fingermarks were separately visualized under three different conditions: a treated with Au⁺-complex solution alone; b incubated with THPC-Au NPs first and then treated with Au⁺-complex solution; c incubated with LBA-Au NPs first and then treated with Au⁺-complex solution.
