Quantification of Eu fluorescence. Eu fluorescence signal intensity increased linearly with increasing Eu concentration with both enhancer solutions. Therefore, both systems are suitable for quantitative detection of Eu3+ in solutions with neutral pH (n = 5). Regression analysis for HEE (r2 = 0.9999) and for DELFIA® (r2 = 0.9994)
