Effect of G2-S16 on the populations of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells or their expression of CCR5 and CXCR4. Non- and PHA-activated PBMCs were treated with G2-S16 (10 µM) for 48 h and protein expression was determined by flow cytometry. We studied the CD4 and CD8 T cell populations (a, b), and the expression in these populations of the HIV-1 coreceptors CCR5 (c, d) and CXCR4 (e, f).
