Anti-lymphoma effect of CCM@MSNs-ISOIM in vitro was detected by flow cytometry and detection of apoptosis-related protein expression by WB. OCI-LY10 cells were treated with a) PBS, b) ISOIM, c) MSNs@ISOIM and d) CCM@MSNs-ISOIM for 48 h, respectively. A ROS level of OCI-LY10 cells was detected by flow cytometry after 48 h.
