Histogram of (a) the HPV18 probe concentration effect on the AQMS electrochemical oxidation during immobilization process in 0.05 M PBS pH 7. The electrochemical analysis was studied by DPV method in the following conditions: initial potential − 0.7 V, end potential − 0.2 V, modulation amplitude 50 mV and scan rate 50 mVs−1. All results were performed with triplicate measurement of each HPV18 probe concentration, and (b) DPV oxidation current signal of HPV-ssDNA immobilized at the surface of SPCE during hybridization with DNA Target, DNA one mismatch, DNA three mismatch and non-complimentary DNA in 0.05 M PBS at pH 7 with the scan rate of 50 mVs−1
