Biocompatibility studies of polyanionic carbosilane dendrimers (PCDs). a MTT and b LDH assays were performed in MRC-5 cells for 6 days treatments. MRC-5 cells were treated with increased concentration range (1 µM – 50 µM) of G1-S4, G2-S16 or G2-S24P PCD. Non-treated (NT) MRC-5 cells were used as cell viability control.
