Loss of lc3b led to profound elevation of p62 in CuONPs-treated mice lung tissues. Wild type and lc3b-/- mice were intratracheally instilled of vehicle or 5 mg/kg CuONPs, respectively, then the lung tissues of indicated groups were collected 3 days after treatment. The protein expression levels of p62 in mice lung tissues in the indicated groups were determined by western blot analysis. β-actin was served as internal control.
