CuONPs instillation caused inflammation in lung tissues of mice. Mice were intratracheally instilled with vehicle, 1.5, 2.5 or 5 mg/kg CuONPs, respectively for 3 days. The mRNA expression level of A Il-6, B Il-1β and C Tnf-α in mice lung tissues in the indicated groups were determined by QPCR analysis.
