In vivo treatment efficacy, tested in C57BL/6 mice bearing B16F10 tumors. The animals were i.t. injected with PPF NPs and irradiated with a 671-nm laser at 4 h (PPF + IR). A total of three doses of treatment were given 2 days apart.
