SPION-mediated magnetic actuation activates autophagy in Schwann cells. The relative protein expression of autophagy-related biomarkers (Beclin1, LC3B, and p62) in different experimental groups was detected by WB at 3 (a), 7 (b), 14 (c), and 21 days (d) after sciatic nerve crush injury to evaluate the effect of different treatments on the autophagy activity of Schwann cells. Each experiment was carried out in triplicate. The values are represented as the mean ± SD. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01
