Schematic illustration of the semiconducting polymer nanoplatform to assess the severity of acute pancreatitis. This nanoplatform can establish a good relationship between the CL imaging intensity and the content of ROS and thereby an excellent correlation between the CL intensity and the degree of oxidative stress in vivo. The nanoplatform can be used for the early diagnosis of AP and to assess the severity of AP.
