Measuring the viability of HFFF2 cells after being plated on the surface of PC, PCS, and PCS/TMP/TMPNPs over 72 h. In vitro biocompatibility of HFFF2 fibroblasts was examined using an MTT assay (A). Data indicated a statistically significant increase in survival rate in PC, PCs, PCS/TMP/TMPNPs groups compared to the plastic surface-coated cells (p < 0.05). FE-SEM micrographs of HFFF2 cells seeded on PC, PCS, PCS/TMP, and PCS/TMP/TMPNPs nanofibrous mats indicated flattened morphology with several projections after the periphery of each cell (B).
