  1. Affinity for mouse Panx1 (mPanx1) and human Panx1 (hPanx1) was evaluated by incubating DUBCA WT, DUBCA mPanx1 and DUBCA hPanx1 cells with individual Panx1 nanobody clones in different concentrations ranging from 0 up to 600 nM. Recorded binding values were used to define equilibrium dissociation constant (Kd) values
