NanoFVax induces robust TFH cell response and T-/B-cell coordination. BALB/c mice were immunized with different vaccines. After the second immunization on the 14th day, the mice were euthanized then assessed by flow cytometry. A The percentage of TFH cells (CD278 + CD4 + CXCR5 + PD-1 +), B Plasma cells (CD44 + CD138 +), C GC B cells (CD19 + CD95 + GL7 + IgD +) and D M B cells (IgD + CD27 +) were determined (n = 3).
