OXA@Fn crossed BBB and was specifically taken up by TMZ-resistant glioma cells through TfR1. H2O2 induced by OXA reacted with Fe2+ released by Fn to enhance the Fenton reaction, which subsequently boosted the apoptosis and ferroptosis of TMZ-resistant glioma cells and induced a strong T cell mediated anti-cancer immune response to inhibit the growth and invasion of TMZ-resistant glioma
